When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and your location.
Typically, orders are confirmed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

We also offer express delivery across Morocco within 24–48 hours.
In selected cities such as Kénitra, Casablanca, and Rabat, delivery can be as fast as same day or within 10–24 hours, depending on availability.

Do you deliver outside the country?

Currently, we only deliver within Morocco and selected cities listed on our shipping page.

However, you can request international delivery by contacting our team via WhatsApp, providing product details (weight, destination, etc.). We will assist you with available international shipping options.

What if there is a manufacturing defect?

Please review our return policy for full details on returns and exchanges.

In case of a confirmed defect:

• The product can be returned
• Shipping costs will be refunded to the customer
• Product refunds are subject to our return policy conditions
